In this webinar series, we highlight the top career skills employers say they want to see in their candidates. We emphasize the skills we know are in high demand and provide you with ideas on how to expand your skills set during your everyday activities.
Session 1: Manage Your Knowledge and Your Work
No matter the job you are hired to do, you are expected to manage yourself – your time, your tasks, and your information. In this session, we focus on aspects of building your skills around organization, time management, and knowledge auditing.
Session 2: Power of Communication at Work
Research and experience tells us that communication is key to any successful relationship. And it is also key to having a successful career—no matter the industry, profession, or years you have been on the job.
Communication skills are multifaceted. In the simplest view, you have verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Watch this webinar to learn about all the dimensions of communication skills that you should master.
Session 3: Emotional Intelligence and Technical skills and Your Success
We have said it before, and will continue to remind you that: your technical skills will get you far in the workplace–but only if it is coupled with you being emotionally intelligent.
