This short course is provided by the Open University Cisco ASC as a way of answering all the frequent questions regarding our free offer. This course can be for anyone embarking on the Cisco Netacad journey or keen to learn about moving from your current ASC to the Open University model.

While this course isn't compulsory - it is designed to address common questions. We estimate that it should take under one hour to complete and should be treated as a structured welcome pack.
