Description
This 70-hour course covers basic coding in Python, as well as general computer programming techniques and concepts. This course can help you prepare for Python Institute's PCAP Certified Associate in Python Programming exam.
Learners have access to hands-on practice materials, labs, quizzes, and assessments to learn how to utilize the skills and knowledge gained on the course and interact with some real-life programming tasks and situations. This course provides a dedicated, interactive on-line programming environment that allows Python code to be run in an internet browser.
Prerequisites
There is no prerequisite for this course but learners are expected to have a basic understanding of computers and the internet.
Credentials Earned
Upon successful completion of the course, learners will be eligible to receive a congratulatory course completion letter from the Python Institute.
Minimum System Requirement
- Laptop or desktop running Windows, Mac, or Linux operating system (smartphones and tablets are not currently supported)
- An up-to-date web browser (Google Chrome is recommended)
