Who can attend? The Virtual Academy Conference provides professional development to instructors (and administrators) currently teaching (or supporting) Cisco Networking Academy curricula in their organizations. The conference is not available to current academy students or alumni. Please make sure to use your NetSpace email address during the registration process.
How much does it cost? The Virtual Academy Conference is offered FREE to all authorized registrants, including access to live sessions, on-demand recordings, session materials, and networking with Cisco leaders and peer instructors.
What if I am having technical problems? Be sure your system is ready to go for the virtual conference by referring to the Virtual Conference Computer Tips.  If you are with an organization currently teaching academy courses and have an active NetSpace account, but still cannot register, please contact acadconfreg@external.cisco.com. If you’re experiencing technical issues after logging in, please send an email to support@inxpo.com with “Virtual Academy Conference 2014” in the subject line, with a detailed description of your issue.
What operating systems will the Mobile App support? Attend the Virtual Academy Conference via the INXPO universal online event app for iPhone, Android or Windows Smartphones. The app is downloaded from the respective app store (Apple App Store, Google play and Windows Phone Store). Supported operating systems include:  iOS: iOS 4 and above / iPhone 3GS+, iPhone 4.2.1 and above, iPad 4.2.1 and above; ANDROID: Android device versions 2.3 - 4.2.2; and Windows Phone: Windows version 7.5.1. Once you have downloaded the appropriate app, launch the app from your device and enter Event ID 18498 followed by your Login ID and Password.
I am registered, but the Virtual Academy Conference will not let me log in (prior to 17 March). You will be able to login to the virtual conference starting 17 March 17 2014 at 7:00 am PT / 14:00 pm UTC.  Refer to your registration confirmation email to verify your Login information. If you're still having login issues, please send an email to acadconf-logonsupport@cisco.com.
Will I be able to access sessions and materials after 19 March? You will be able to access the Virtual Academy Conference and its recorded content on demand through 2 May 2014. For any registrants unable to attend, we will be sending a follow-up email after the conference inviting you to view the archived event at your leisure. You will need to use the same username and password that you used to register initially for the virtual conference.
Can I get the presentations from the sessions? Yes, you can view and download Virtual Academy Conference recordings and materials from the live sessions, as well as all the on-demand sessions. Simply navigate to the Auditorium, select the sessions of interest, and then click on the “More Information” icon (the [i] icon) at the bottom of the session window. You can also access everything from the Resource Center.
