What You'll Do

As a Consulting Engineer - Networking Academy program, you will be at the forefront of leading the ICT education revolution. Cisco’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, include many programs that give back to the world and society. The largest of which is the Cisco Networking Academy program (NetAcad). NetAcad represents private and public partnerships that provide educational resources for ICT, Networking, Security, and entrepreneurship skills through education organizations on a global level. Over 1 million students participate in this program worldwide, and with the expansion of digital connections, we expect many more.

 

Who You'll Work With

The Technical Field Engagement (TFE) team works with non-profit educational institutions, government education agencies, public and private partners on projects with social impact inside the CSR initiative. As an associate member of the TFE team, you will support the Instructor Trainer Qualification process, which qualifies Instructor Trainers by assessing their technical and teaching skills. The TFE team is responsible for conducting on-going technical training of the global community of NetAcad Instructor Trainers, Instructors, and instructor candidates.

 

Who You Are

You have good analytic and decision-making skills. Your strong communication skills help you influence others. You are capable of working independently and in a team.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • Cisco® CCENT Certification or equivalent competence or higher

  • Knowledge and experience in CCNA R&S, CCNA Security, CCNP R&S and other Cisco certification topics

  • Cisco Networking Academy alumnus preferred

  • This individual will support the Europe CSR Technical Field Engagement team.
