Description

This 40-hour course covers basic coding in JavaScript, as well as general computer programming techniques and concepts. This course can help you prepare for OpenEDG JavaScript Institute's JSE - Certified JavaScript Entry-Level Programmer certification exam.

Learners have access to hands-on practice materials, labs, quizzes, and assessments to learn how to utilize the skills and knowledge gained in the course and interact with some real-life programming tasks and situations. This course provides a dedicated, interactive online programming environment that allows JavaScript code to be run in an internet browser. 

Prerequisites

There is no prerequisite for this course but learners are expected to have a basic understanding of computers and the internet.

Credentials Earned

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will be eligible to receive a congratulatory course completion letter as well as a discount voucher to write the certification exam.

Minimum System Requirement

• Laptop or desktop running Windows, Mac, or Linux operating system (smartphones and tablets are not currently supported)
• An up-to-date web browser (Google Chrome is recommended)
